Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    8 slices bacon, diced
    8 oz. natural Swiss cheese, shredded (2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    3 beaten eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake pastry shell in very hot oven (450\u00b0) only 7 minutes, or just until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble and reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon bits.
    Place remaining bacon in pie shell; add cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Trim with reserved bacon.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until almost set in center.
    Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
