Ritz Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 scant tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
20 crushed Ritz crackers
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar and baking powder.
Beat in vanilla.
Mix nuts with crushed crackers.
Gently fold into meringue mixture.
Grease a 9-inch glass pie plate well. Spread mixture in plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely.
Whip the cream and vanilla. Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
