Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sliced apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients, tossing to coat apples. Place in a 2-quart baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray; set aside.
    Combine flour, sugar and wheat germ; cut in butter with
    a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
    Stir in oil and pecans and sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
