Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pintos
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mash pintos.
Chop pecans.
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until pie crust browns.
