"Miss" Peggy'S Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz. size) pkg. apricot Jell-O (can use orange or strawberry)
1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice (Dole pineapple)
2 c. buttermilk
almost a whole (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip (9 oz.)
Preparation

Heat pineapple and Jell-O (stir until dissolved).
Make sure mixture is good and hot all the way through.
Take off the stove and set on counter.
Let mixture cool completely.
Add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
