Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack pack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables 20 minutes; drain.
    Mix vegetables with onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Put in 2-quart baking dish. Mix crushed crackers with melted margarine and put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
