Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
1/2 c. celery, sliced
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. water
4 or more pork chops
Preparation
-
In a deep pan or iron skillet place uncooked rice.
Place onions, parsley and celery on top of rice.
Pour tomato juice and water over rice.
Place pork chops on top of rice mixture and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
