Peanut Butter Crisscross Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, finely packed
    1 c. peanut butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, once measured.
    Add baking soda and salt; sift together.
    Mix butter with spoon, then add peanut butter.
    Mix together.
    Then add both sugars; mix well.
    Add eggs and flour, a little at a time.
    Form in quarter balls and smooth down with fork dipped into confectioners sugar.
    Crisscross as you smash down. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes five dozen.
