Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    4 chicken breasts
    2 stalks celery
    2 bay leaves
    3 slices onion
    2 carrots, diced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in 2 quarts of water with 2 stalks celery, bay leaves, onion, 2 diced carrots and salt for about 1 1/2 hours. Cool the chicken; keep the broth, but throw away the vegetables. Boil 2 diced carrots, 2 diced stalks of celery and sliced mushrooms in broth for about 15 minutes.
    Cube the chicken. Strain the broth, but keep the vegetables this time.
