Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. flour
    6 c. milk
    4 large baked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk.
    Stir constantly until thick and bubbly.
    Add potato pulp, 1/2 chives, half the bacon and 1 cup cheese.
    Stir until heated.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream.
    Top individual servings with cheese, chives and bacon.
