Fudge - Five Pounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
3 large pkg. chocolate chips
5 to 7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 lb. nuts
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar and evaporated milk.
Boil exactly 9 minutes. Combine chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, nuts and butter (2 sticks) and vanilla.
Mix well and pour second mixture into first mixture.
Stir until chocolate chips are melted.
Pour into buttered pans.
