Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raisins (15 oz. box)
    1 c. orange juice
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix raisins, orange juice and water.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Mix together sugar and flour.
    Stirring constantly, slowly pour sugar mixture into raisin mixture.
    Cook until thick (a few minutes).
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon juice and nuts (if desired).
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell and add a pastry top. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
