Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    7 or 8 fresh sweet peaches
    3 Tbsp. peach jello
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Peel and slice peaches.
    Place in pie crust.
    In heavy saucepan, add jello, sugar and cornstarch.
    Mix together well. Add water and stir with wooden spoon.
    Turn burner on high.
    Stir mixture often.
    After it starts boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour over peaches. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Top with Cool Whip.
