Apricot Glazed Chicken With Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can apricots in syrup
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. Stove Top in canister (chicken flavor)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Drain apricots, reserving syrup.
    Add water to make 1 cup. Set aside.
    Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet.
    Add water/syrup mixture, margarine, sugar, vinegar and allspice.
    Bring to boil; cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in stuffing mix and apricots.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
