Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 can condensed onion soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup of soup with hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 to 8 oval patties. Brown patties in skillet; drain.
    Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth.
    Add to skillet remaining ingredients. Stir and cover.
    Cover over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
