Lo-Cal Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pasta
    1 chopped cauliflower
    1 head broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
    2 c. lite salad dressing
    chopped green peppers (optional)
    frozen peas (optional)
    1 c. yogurt
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain and chill.
    Mix with and blend in cauliflower, broccoli and onion.
    Mix and blend cream cheese, yogurt and salad dressing; pour over veggies.
