Golden Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cider vinengar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    4 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, salt and seasonings with egg and onion in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Add chicken to mixture and let stand at room temperature, covered, for 1 hour.
    Place chicken skin side down, 7 to 9 inches from heat.
    Broil 30 minutes basting frequently.
    Turn chicken and baste.
    Broil 15 minutes more.
    Chicken should be tender and golden.
