Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice (to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan)
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
    chicken pieces
    2 1/2 c. water
    2/3 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with rice.
    Cover rice with about 2 1/2 cups water.
    Sprinkle 1/2 package dry onion soup over water and rice.
    Lay chicken pieces over rice and water (legs, thighs, breasts; remove skin).
    Cover with 2/3 can of golden mushroom soup; spread evenly.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
