Sauteed Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. carrots
1 zucchini squash, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, sliced in rings
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 Tbsp. oil
soy sauce
teriyaki
Preparation
-
Saute all vegetables in salad oil; sprinkle with soy sauce and teriyaki.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
