Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole round steak (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    potatoes, pared and quartered
Preparation
    Mix soup with half as much water as soup. Add dry onion soup mix. Pour over steak and potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours, covered.
