Lemon Fizz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ice cubes
    3 packets Equal
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    10 oz. club soda
    2 slices lemon
Preparation
    Crush ice cubes and divide between two 10 ounce glasses. Dissolve sweetener in lemon juice, then pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of mixture on top of crushed ice in each glass.
    Pour 5 ounces club soda into each glass and stir briskly.
    Cut lemon slices halfway through to core and garnish side of each glass.
    Yield:
    2 cups. Serving size:
    1 cup.
