Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack, grated
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar, grated
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 medium onion
1 pkg. Schilling enchilada sauce mix
1 small can black olives
1 can chillies
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation

Cook hamburger and drain fat.
Mix enchilada sauce and cook 10 minutes.
Add onion, olives and chillies to hamburger.
Put some sauce mix in hamburger.
Put small amount of meat mixture and cheese in tortilla and roll up.
