Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine bread crumbs or soda crackers
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cream of celery soup plus 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix first 8
ingredients well.
Form into small balls. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0.
Brown slightly, then add cream of celery soup plus water to meat balls.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
