Chicken Or Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken or turkey
1 bay leaf
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

After most of meat has been removed from baking turkey or chicken, put all bones with some meat left on into large pan and cover with water.
Add all ingredients and boil for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool, remove bones, take meat off bones and put back in soups.
Bring to boil again; add 1 to 2 cups small noodles.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup cooking wine just before soup is done.
