Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. capers, crushed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 Tbsp. each: lemon juice and lime juice
    2 tsp. fish sauce (Chinese section)
    1 egg, coddled
    several dashes Tabasco
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    onion and garlic croutons
Preparation
    Wash and dry romaine.
    Break into bite size pieces, discarding veins.
    Combine garlic and capers.
    Add olive oil; mix well.
    Add juices and fish sauce.
    Coddle egg by running under very hot water for 2 minutes.
    Separate egg; discard white and add yolk to dressing, beating with fork.
    Add Tabasco.
    Pour dressing over lettuce and smother with Parmesan and croutons.
    Ground black pepper at the table.
