Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
1 large can tomatoes with juice
Preparation

Brown chops, place in oblong baking dish.
Sprinkle rice over pork chops.
Pour tomatoes and juice over rice.
Top with onion and pepper rings.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is done and juice is absorbed.
More juice or water may need to be added while casserole cooks.
