Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water with sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    8 c. flour or more (enough to make a easy to handle dough)
Preparation
    Mix together and let rise until double in bulk.
    I make yeast in warm water first while shortening is melting to see if yeast rises.
    Also I add a bit of sugar to yeast to speed up process. Be sure dough is not too warm when you add the yeast.
    You can use this dough for coffee cake, rolls, tea rings, etc.
