Pineapple Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 tsp. vinegar
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large bag miniature marshmallows
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pt. sweet cream
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Cook in double boiler, stirring until thickened.
    Whip cream.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let stand at least 6 hours.
    Serve on lettuce with Ritz crackers.
