Bran Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. Bran Buds
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. white or wheat flour
1/4 c. oil
1 beaten egg
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat egg in mixing bowl; add buttermilk and oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in muffin pan or cornstick pan sprayed with Pam for 20 minutes.
Yields 12.
