Baked Gouda En Croute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. pkg. May-Bud Gouda cheese
    4 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
    1 tsp. Kraft strawberry preserves
    1 egg white, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Remove wax casing from cheese. Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles.
    Place rectangles together to form a square.
    Seal perforations.
    Spoon preserves over center of dough.
    Place cheese in center of dough.
    Bring corners together over cheese.
    Pinch edges to seal.
