Chicken Cheddar Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 pkg. chicken broth
    1 c. skim milk
    8 oz. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 c. cooked rice (may use more)
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Blend in flour and chicken broth. Stir in milk. Continue to stir until thickened. Remove from heat.
    Add chicken and mushrooms. Arrange the cooked rice in a baking casserole. Spoon the chicken mixture over the top. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
