Tropical Sea Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. lime jello
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. pineapple juice
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water, then add pineapple juice.
    Let slightly gel for 2 to 3 hours.
    With wire whisk, add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
    Stir in with a spoon the remaining ingredients.
    Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan and refrigerate overnight for best results.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 6.
