Creamed Soups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice (one of 1 c. finely chopped, one of 1/2 c. finely chopped one of 1/4 c. finely chopped)
1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 c. water
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 slice (1 oz.) American cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables and bouillon cube in water until tender.
Melt butter and gradually add flour.
Stir in milk to make a thin white sauce.
Pour white sauce into cooking vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cheese.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, being careful not to scorch milk.
Serve and enjoy.
