Mary Jo'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and salt with fork.
    In small bowl, beat water, vinegar and egg.
    Add to first mixture; blend with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Mold into ball with your hands and chill for 15 minutes or longer.
    Roll into crust.
