Calvin'S Mango Sauce(For Coconut Shrimp) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 mangos
1/3 lb. brown sugar
1 small onion
1 oz. plus ginger
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
dash of cumin
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 container peach juice
Preparation

Mix all together and bring to bubbling. Cover loosely.
Simmer on low for 1/2 hour.
Add what you need.
