Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomato paste
1 medium onion, diced
4 pieces garlic, diced
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. Italian sausage
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until they become light brown.
Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
Mix together and add small amount of water to thin.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
Add cooked Italian sausage.
Serve over any type of pasta.
