Wine Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine
    3 c. flour
    jelly
Preparation
    Cream the butter; add sugar.
    Add egg yolks and beat 2 1/2 minutes.
    Add wine and beat again.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Form cookies into balls.
    Make well in center and fill with jelly. Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly brown.
