Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Put sugar, water and syrup in a pan.
    Bring it to a boil (hard cook 300\u00b0 on candy thermometer).
    Remove from heat.
    Add baking soda, butter and Spanish peanuts.
    Stir.
    Pour into well-greased pan and let cool.
