Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

hot cooked rice
strips of chicken
4 or 5 chopped vegetables
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Heat oil.
Add garlic, ginger and pepper.
Saute until garlic is golden.
Add chicken strips.
Brown about 4 minutes.
Remove meat.
Add vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender as you like.
Return chicken to skillet with vegetables.
Combine soy sauce, sugar and bouillon.
Add to meat and vegetables.
Mix and thicken with cornstarch and water.
Serve over rice.
