Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf day old bread (approximately 10 c.)
    1 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and put in large square pan. Mix raisins, cinnamon, vanilla and margarine.
    Add to bread crumbs.
    In separate bowl mix sugar and eggs; mix well.
    Heat milk until warm.
    Pour over egg mixture and mix.
    Pour this over bread in pan.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 30 more minutes.
