Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
3 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
1 (16 oz.) bag carrots
5 medium potatoes
Preparation

Cut stew meat into chunks and coat lightly with flour.
Brown in heated oil.
To drippings of oil, add garlic and onion.
Cook until tender.
Add remainder of flour.
Add water, bouillon, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until slightly thickened. Add meat and heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours, until tender, stirring occasionally.
