Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    oil for frying
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, milk, baking soda, salt and egg.
    Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
    Heat oil until very hot.
    Drip the batter through a funnel into the hot fat, forming a kind of spiral design.
    Flip over when brown and brown the other side.
    Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with the confectioners sugar.
