Cuban Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 bunch romaine
    2 sliced cucumbers
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 can hearts of palm, sliced
    2 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 cubed tomato
    3 Tbsp. green olives
    juice of 1 lemon
    5 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    pepper
    olive oil
    red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Crush one clove of garlic and rub in bottom and sides of large salad bowl.
    Add next 8 ingredients to the bowl.
    Salt and squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture.
    Toss well.
    Top with cottage cheese.
    Pepper liberally with cracked pepper. Refrigerate until time to serve.
    At serving time, add extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste.
    Toss well.
