Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar in large bowl.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
    Add\tall dry ingredients.
    Stir in apples and nuts. Mix well.
    Pour
    into
    a
    greased
    10 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chips over batter and pat down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
