Zucchini Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large zucchini
    4 eggs
    16 oz. cornmeal or flour
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch strips.
    Dip into beaten eggs and then into the cornmeal.
    Place battered strips into a pot of hot oil.
    Cook until brown.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve with Ranch dressing.
