Ingredients

1 c. orange juice
3 eggs
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
raisin bread
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1/4 lb. margarine
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together 1 cup orange juice, eggs, cinnamon and salt.
Dip raisin bread in the mixture and fry in vegetable oil.
Stir together frozen orange juice, margarine and sugar in heavy saucepan over low heat; melt, but do not boil.
Serve hot over French toast, waffles or pancakes.
Makes 2 cups.
