Crunchy Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. water
3 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. cornflakes, crumbled
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Whip the milk and water until thick and smooth.
Mix in the potatoes, onions, egg, salt and cayenne pepper; beat until light and fluffy.
Place in a 2-quart baking dish (well buttered).
Mix the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and butter.
Sprinkle over the potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until potatoes are hot through and through.
This recipe can be put in 5 baked potato shells.
