1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. salt
4 1/4 c. pecan halves (about 1 lb.)

Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 375\u00b0. Brush heavy large baking pan with oil.
