Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, cut in half moons
    5 c. peeled red potatoes, cut in cubes
    1 tsp. sun evaporated sea salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place potatoes and sea salt in chicken broth and cook under medium heat until tender.
    After the potatoes are cooked, hand mash half the amount of potatoes to produce a creamy consistency.
    Add the carrots and simmer until tender.
    Lightly saute onions with a little unrefined olive oil and dry mustard.
    Add the sauteed onions and celery and simmer for another 5 minutes.
