Easy Scandinavian Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg.(12 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1 Tbsp. chopped gren onion
    1 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced sharp process American cheese, cut in half diagonally
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen breaded fish sticks
    paprika
    lemon slices
    celery leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    In a large bowl, break up potatoes with a fork.
    Add carrot, green onion, dill, seasoned salt and pepper; toss until combined.
    Spread half of the vegetable mixture in baking dish.
    Top with half of the cheese.
    Repeat.
